Keith (Lombardi), returns home after a stint in jail time due to small-time drug dealing, landing under house arrest at the home of his father (Belushi) in Baltimore. He struggles to re-enters a community scarred by unemployment, neglect and deeply entrenched segregation, pushing back against his surrounding limitations as he tries to find a way out.
